Our guides, notes and country reports are researched and written by the Private Health Passport team. Private Health Passport is built by Zkomi.

The rules we write by
Six rules for everything we publish.
- Primary sources first
- We start from the publisher closest to the fact: regulators, health ministries, courts, hospitals publishing about themselves, and peer-reviewed studies. A named news organisation comes next. A figure compiled by a broker or an aggregator is published only alongside a better source, and labelled as what it is.
- Figures carry references
- In our guides and country reports, each figure carries a numbered reference to our reference list. The list names the publisher and the year and, once checked, the date someone opened the source and confirmed the figure.
- Unverified figures are marked
- When a number is widely repeated but we cannot trace it to a primary source, we say so on the page rather than state it as fact.
- Indicative prices
- Prices come from published clinic pricing, official sources and enquiries made on behalf of travellers. They are shown in US dollars with the date they were reviewed. A clinic's starting price is labelled “from”. None of them is a quote.
- Real dates
- Articles carry the date they were published. Pages about security and this policy carry the date they last changed.
- Paid relationships
- Where we are paid by a partner, we say so on the page the partner appears on.

Found something wrong?
Write to hello@zkomi.com with the page and the source you are looking at. A person reads every message, and we correct the page when the source supports it.
